Brian Flores was a member of the 2009 Stone Crabs pitching staff. He appeared in 31 games during the season, mostly from the bullpen. He posted a 1-7 record with 5.06 ERA and 52 strikeouts in 83.2 innings on the mound.

Flores was drafted by the Tampa Bay Devil Rays in the 13th round of the 2007 Draft. He made his professional debut that season in the Hudson Valley Renegades bullpen. In 2008 he was promoted to the Columbus Catfish where he made 21 starts and won four consecutive games in May. In 2009 he was promoted to the Stone Crabs where he was reverted back to a reliever. Prior to the 2010 season, Flores was released by the Rays and spent a few weeks with the Sioux Falls Pheasants of the independent American Association.
