Rayner Oliveros spent time with the Stone Crabs during both the 2009 and 2010 seasons. He worked predominately from the Stone Crabs bullpen and was a combined 3-1 with a 1.79 ERA and 46 strikeouts in 21 games in the two seasons.
Oliveros was originally signed by the Kansas City Royals organization in 2003. He remained in their minor league system until 2007 when he was released. He was signed by the Rays in 2009 and split his first season between the Stone Crabs, Montgomery Biscuits and Durham Bulls.
In 2010, Oliveros spent most of his time with Montgomery, except for a ten game stint with the Stone Crabs.
