Justin Garcia was a member of the Stone Crabs bullpen for the entire 2009 season and returned for a portion of the 2010 season. During his assignment with the Stone Crabs, Garcia was 7-5 with 3 saves and a 4.27 ERA and 76 strikeouts in 39 appearances.
Garcia was drafted by the Rays in the 25th round of the 2007 draft out of Western Nevada College. He split time with Princeton and Hudson Valley during his first professional season. In 2008 he was with the Columbus Catfish and in 2009 was promoted to the Stone Crabs to start the season. 2010 was a busy season for Justin, spending time with the Stone Crabs, Montgomery Biscuits and Durham Bulls.
