Bruedlin Suero activated from DL

Bruedlin SueroOn Wednesday, a day following his final rehab appearance with the GCL Rays, Bruedlin Suero was activated from the 7-day DL (ankle). The left-hander has been sidelined since early May, and made his first appearance since going on the DL with the Stone Crabs squad on Saturday night against the Tampa Yankees. Suero pitched a scoreless ninth inning, allowing one hit and fanning out one. No corresponding roster move was made.

Suero was signed as a non-drafted free agent out of the Dominican Republic in 2008.
