Matt Moore Selected as Topps Class A All-Star Pitcher

Matt Moore was chosen for the Topps Class A All-Star Team. His effort on the mound this season for the Stone Crabs led him to the nomination. Matt led the minors with 208 strikeouts and averaged 12.94 strikeouts a game. The 2010 Stone Crabs MVP finished the season with a 6-11 record and 3.36 ERA while holding opponents to a .210 average against him. He was the league’s pitcher of the week four times during the season while also being named to the FSL post-season all-star team. He was the only selection to the Topps Team from the Florida State League.
